It Takes Leaders to Build Inclusive Schools
The research is clear: Exceptional Learners can make significant academic and social–emotional growth in schools with an inclusive vision and strategic systems set up for their success. This takes dynamic leaders who are committed to pushing past the status quo and creating schools where Exceptional Learners - indeed, all students - can thrive.
Bringing Your Inclusive Vision to Life
For over 10 years, Relay has supported school and central office leaders who seek to create an inclusive, equitable, and high-quality learning experience for Exceptional Learners.
We work with principals, assistant principals, special education directors, multilingual program directors and other leaders who have the ability to change conditions in classrooms, helping them design, implement, and refine their:
- Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
- Tier 1 and 2 instruction
- Social-emotional and behavioral supports
- School culture to center inclusivity and equity
Who are Exceptional Learners?
Exceptional Learners may refer to students with disabilities, multilingual learners, or any other student group that has special needs and/ or has been historically underserved. The good news - inclusive schools benefit all students!
